Kalinisan D-Kleen 60 / NLGC Acid Cleaner Descaler Delimer 1 Gallon (3.8 Liters)

D-KLEEN is recommended for removal of scale build-up on food processing equipment such as steam tables, noodle baths, bain marie tanks and the likes.

General Use Instructions of D-KLEEN 60:

1. Dilute 10 - 50 ml of D-KLEEN 60 in 1 liter of water (depending on the degree of scale to be removed).
2. Circulate flood, or soak equipment to be descaled/delimed for 15-30 minutes. Heating the solution to 60 -70 degrees celcius is preferred.
3. Rinse thoroughly with potable water. 

General Use Instructions of D-KLEEN NLGC for Descaling

1. Dilute 50 ml of D-KLEEN NLGC in 1 Liter of water.
2. Circulate, flood or soak equipment to be descaled/delimed for 30 minutes. Solution works better when heated to 60-70 degrees celcius (if applicable).
3. Rinse thoroughly.

Note: The temperature an duration of the treatment depends on the soil to be removed on the equipment.

Gneral Use Instructions of D-KLEEN NLGC for Cleaning in Place:

1. Pre-rinse tank/pipeline with water until effluent is clear.
2. Circulate alkaline cleaning solution (2.0 -2.5% ALKACIP NLGC),
3. Rinse until pH is neutral.
4. Circulate 1-2% D-KLEEN NLGC.
5. Rinse.
Note: The temperature and duration of the treatment will depend on the soil to be removed on the pipe and equipment. Contact time should not exceed 15 minutes when used on soft metals, such as tin, aluminum, copper and their alloys.
