Kalinisan Span Jen General Cleaner 1 Gallon

A liquid detergent containing a combination of surfactant and wetting agents designed for general application

• Safe on all types of washable surfaces

• Multi-purpose - can be applied to floors, walls, counter tops, glass panels, equipment or any hard surface

• Can be used in manual dishwashing using a 3-sink compartment

DIRECTION FOR USE:

Use at a concentration of 5-10% depending on the soil load of the sur- face or equipment to be cleaned or apply as is for very stubborn and hard to remove soil.

1. Pre-clean surface to remove excess dirt and gross soil particles.

2. Prepare a SPAN JEN solution, preferably warm.

3. Wet and clean surfaces by scrubbing, brushing or wiping.

4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

5. Sanitize all food-contact surfaces and areas with our recommended sanitizer.
