Directions for Use:

Espresso Machine Backflushing (Daily):

Remove coffee filter from group handle. Insert blind filter and add 2 scoops (6g) of

Span KlinCafe.

Run cycle for 5 seconds, stop for 15 seconds. Repeat 4 times.

Remove handle, flush water through group.

Reinsert handle with blind filter (no cleaner) and repeat step 2.

Replace with regular filter. Brew and discard 1 espresso to re-season.

Soaking Machine Parts:

Soak metal parts (avoid submerging plastic handles) for 15 minutes in 2 scoops (6g) of cleaner per 500ml hot water.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Coffee Brewers:

Empty equipment. Add 1 scoop (3g) per 2L capacity into brew basket.

Run a full brew cycle into each vessel and let sit for 15 minutes.

Rinse with hot water.

Scoop Guide:

1 Scoop = ½ Tsp = 3g

2 Scoops = 1 Tsp = 6g
